In the design stage we first come to understand your brand—the place you occupy in the hearts and minds of your customers. Then, we prepare concept boards—a mix of images, navigation schemes, color palettes and layouts. Once we align expectations on look, feel, and navigation, then the designer creates home page options, and later secondary and tertiary pages. Or, in the case of applications, we prepare design options for the user interface.

As with all of our work, we aim to exceed your expectations.

The CodewordX team has worked on over 50 projects of varying complexity and scale, in both B2B and B2C environments. Projects include Web sites, Content Management Systems, e-Commerce sites, database applications, and User-generated Content Systems. Whatever the project, our Web solutions are focused squarely on the user, and eliciting specific and targeted behavior.

Once the design and content are firmly in place, we employ the coding language that best meets the project’s specifications: xhtml, css, javascript, ruby on rails, php, java, database development, and iPhone programming are our bread 'n butter.

As a communications tool, your Web site is a potent vehicle for getting the right message in front of the right audience—or better yet, engaging your stakeholders in a meaningful dialog. Unlike other Web development firms, the CodewordX team includes a writer. We want to help tell your story.

Some clients prefer to write their own content and we edit; other times, we take the lead and the client then reviews copy. We’re flexible.
